Here are a few tips for filling in the DETECT-2 Study related questionnaires:

• Ensure you have enough time to complete the questionnaire when you start.

• If you have partly filled the information and need to come back to the questionnaire, use the ‘Save and Return Later’ option. You will be emailed a link to return to the questionnaire when you save it. Please use this link to continue.

• Use the ‘Submit’ button at the end of each section to move to the next.

• Please note that if the questionnaire is exited without using the ‘Save and Return Later’ option, it will be marked complete and submitted.
